Hamad Abdulaziz Alsaqer for Technology and Innovation ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Juhaina mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use Juhaina.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

We collect only the information needed to provide and personalize the App.

When you sign up for or use Juhaina, we may collect:

• Email address: used to create, identify, and manage your account.
• News interests and topic preferences: used to personalize your news feed and show content that is more relevant to you.

Google Login

Juhaina allows users to sign in using Google Login. When you choose to sign in with Google, Google may provide us with information needed to authenticate your account, such as your email address and account identifier.

We do not collect or store your Google password.

Information We Do Not Collect

Based on the current App functionality, we do not collect:

• Name or username.
• Phone number.
• Mailing address.
• Job title.
• Billing address.
• Debit or credit card number.
• Age.
• Password.
• Geolocation.
• Contacts.
• Camera access.
• Photo gallery access.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Let you sign in to the App.
• Personalize your news feed based on your selected interests and topics.
• Maintain the security and reliability of the App.
• Respond to user support or privacy requests.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

3. Emails and Newsletters

We do not send marketing emails or newsletters.

We may still use your email address for essential account-related purposes, such as account access, security, support, or legal notices.

4. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Juhaina does not use digital analytics software for tracking purposes.

Juhaina does not show ads.

Juhaina does not use Facebook Pixel.

Juhaina does not use advertising retargeting.

Juhaina does not use tracking technologies such as cookies, web beacons, Google Maps APIs, local storage, or sessions for tracking purposes.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not track users across other companies' apps or websites for advertising or data broker purposes.

5. Payments

Juhaina does not allow users to make purchases or complete payments in the App.

We do not collect payment card information.

6. Children

Juhaina is not offered to users under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information only in the following limited situations:

• Service providers: We may use service providers that help us operate the App, provide authentication, host data, maintain security, or provide technical support.
• Google Login: If you choose to sign in with Google, your use of Google Login is also subject to Google's applicable privacy terms.
• Legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, users, the App, or the public.
• Business transfers: If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We keep your email address and news interest preferences for as long as needed to provide your account and personalize your news feed, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

If your account is deleted or no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify information unless we must retain it for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
